Payment / Pricing / Billing
All transactions on el are processed in USD. Payments are to be made as per the specified schedule outlined during registration, including applicable taxes. Late payments may incur additional fees.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and respect the intellectual property rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, misuse of the platform, and infringement of copyright.
Intellectual Property
All content and features of el are owned by WildRobin. Users grant us a non-exclusive license to use any user-generated content for the purpose of improving our services.
Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildRobin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of el. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Termination & Suspension
WildRobin reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or other policies. Upon termination, access to el will cease immediately.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WildRobin is established. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, with the venue as specified by WildRobin.
Changes to the Terms
WildRobin may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or through our website, and such changes will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
